2moni Ltd. operates in Barrie, Ontario, and abides by the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 and other relevant regulations.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and any applicable provincial privacy laws.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refund Eligibility: Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in compliance with local consumer protection laws.

Cancellation & Rescheduling: Must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Last-minute cancellations may result in a forfeiture of fees or prepaid hours.

Modification of Services

Right to Change: 2moni Ltd. reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service, package, or pricing. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

Existing Contracts: Changes do not affect existing agreements until the next renewal or billing cycle, unless otherwise required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Scope: To the extent permitted by law, 2moni Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service related to any claim.

Intellectual Property

Company Materials: Any proprietary tools, documents, or methods provided by 2moni Ltd. remain our exclusive property.

Client Materials: Any client-supplied data or documents are owned by the client. The client grants 2moni Ltd. a non-exclusive license to use these materials strictly for delivering the agreed-upon services.

Data Privacy & Security

Reasonable Measures: We employ commercially reasonable safeguards to protect client information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Authorized Access: Only authorized personnel within 2moni Ltd. have access to client data.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, as applicable.

Arbitration/Mediation: Parties agree to make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes through mediation or arbitration before pursuing litigation, to the extent permitted by law.

Venue: All legal proceedings shall be conducted in Ontario, unless otherwise agreed.

Severability

If any part of these policies is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
